This loop follows the course for the famous Media 5-Miler Race. This loop is perfect for anyone looking to explore the neighborhood and to get some hills into their workout. It's a 2.5 mile loop that is done twice for the race. While not the easiest of routes, it will help you gain confidence and strength by tackling hills.
