We carry  everything needed for running, and shoes for Walking, Tennis, Cross-Training, and hangin' out.  Most of our shoes are now up online but if you don't see what you want give us a call, we may have it or the newest version.  We also have technical running apparel and all the little stuff like Bodyglide, Gu, insoles etc.

What type of running shoe?

If you are not having  problems...You are in the right shoe or close to it. 

In general, if you have a high, rigid arch you should wear a Neutral shoe, possibly even a lightweight trainer.
If your arches tend to flatten out a bit (like most people) you might do well in a stability shoe.
If your arch really flattens out you may want a Motion Control shoe.
That said, you could have a flat foot and need a neutral shoe, or have a high arch and like motion control shoes.
You may also want one shoe for workouts/races, and one for regular runs, depends on your training.

If you are having problems, come in and talk to one of our staff, everyone at the store is trained to help find the right shoe for you.  Groups/Teams can call on our Team Sales division to give shoe clinics.
